They were very thorough in all aspects connected to checking my suitability for this product. The whole experience was polite and professional.

Initially I had a problem in ordering / receiving product but after to speaking to me couple of people we got the situation resolved & now receiving product at the agreed times & costs.

My enquiry was dealt with quickly and the customer service provided was great .

So far so good great customer service very friendly helpful staff, always there to chat if any queries or questions about anything.

The company itself is helpful but it’s been over a week since my order and still not received my package

The clinical team at Numan were very informative about my preferred order, explaining the why’s and wherefore’s if I took the prescription. This included any past and present health matters including current prescriptions. One should feel very assured of any purchase made with this company

I was swiftly prescribed a treatment after completing a questionnaire, and the medication was sent promptly.
I have also received extensive advice by additional emails.

I'm not sure what I was expecting after paying for the blood test. I waited over a week for my results and that was by chasing them up.
In my opinion this is just a gimmicky money making scheme. Some results shown I had high cholesterol, lack of vitamin D and a whole load of bio markers that were of little interest to me. I could have got most of these results by request free on the NHS. There's no way to delete all my personal details such as billing account and address.
Overall not very impressive, I shall continue to eat my greasy breakfasts with copious amounts of tea daily, stay out longer with the dog for my vitamin D helping of the sun and smoke my twenty a day. Roll on death!.

Placed an order for £20 to give it a go ... upon reviewing my bank statement these scammers have signed me up to a £50 recurring monthly subscription!!! I'm £100 down and will be contacting my bank to get a refund as I DID NOT sign up for this, absolutely awful what this company does to take money from people. I've missed bill payments due to this money being taken from me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have used numan for a while my last order took 10days including shipping not what I have been used to in the past. This wouldn’t have been much of an issue if they had let me know.

In my opinion, most of the positive reviews here are written by the company themselves. They are total scam merchants. There is an automatic subscription when an order is placed. Despite cancelling it, I was still charged for an item I didn’t require. My complaints have been ignored and I will be taking this to the ombudsman. Avoid them like the plague.

Blood tests are a (literally) bloody mess. The amount of blood to be 'milked' from fingers into two vials is quite large and after pricking two fingers and milking every way I could think of, I was barely able to muster a few drops in 10 minutes. And yes I followed all their advice. The prospect of pricking all ten fingers and milking for 45 minutes loomed so I gave up and binned the test. Lots of blood did wind up on their wipes, outside the vial and on the table though. I have no idea how anybody manages to do this properly.....
